John Sidorowicz – Director of Operations

John Sidorowicz is Director of Operations at Xcentric Mold. He is a technically minded leader and problem solver in all things manufacturing. Having a degree in Management and very diverse background, John understands the entire manufacturing process from design to final product and everything in between. Previous roles including Machinist, Designer, Sr Project Manager, and Sales Manager allow John not only to be able understand customer needs, build relationships, but be a trusted source. He can provide customers with the best solution while giving exceptional customer service. John is goal-driven leader who likes maintains a productive climate and confidently motivates, and coaches employees to achieve high performance standards.

Outside of Xcentric, John enjoys wood working, spending time on the lake during summers, and working on his rat rod. He also volunteers at a local dog rescue and wildlife rehab center in Romeo, Michigan.
